The February 2024 release is a combination of new features, UI standardization, and experience uplifting, which together represent a fundamental change in how we communicate with our users. While it may appear to be a UI improvement project, from a product standpoint, it is more about connecting the dots that were not making sense in the earlier version of the app. Through this release document, we will present all the modules and supporting pages that have undergone changes. We shall explain the philosophy behind every change and why it makes sense in the new scheme of things. We will also detail what has changed, why it has changed, and where the changes have taken place to help the business and support teams build a narrative around it.
