2. Verification of Identity: To protect user privacy and security, ProfitWheel requires verification of the user’s identity before processing any data deletion requests. Users may be asked to provide additional information or documentation to verify their identity.
3. Review and Action: Upon verification of the user’s identity, the Data Protection Office will review the request and take appropriate action to delete the user’s personal data from our systems. ProfitWheel will also inform the user once the deletion process is complete.
4. Exceptions: There may be circumstances where ProfitWheel is legally obligated to retain certain data for a specified period. In such cases, the Data Protection Office will inform the user of the specific reasons why some data cannot be deleted immediately.
