The data we collect about you
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

Identity Data includes first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier.

Campaign Data includes a description and the results of your marketing campaigns posted to the Site and potentially confidential information which you have shared in your Microsoft Teams account.

We also collect, use, and share Aggregated Data such as anonymized and aggregated data about campaigns and recommendations on marketing strategies, which may be shared with other divisions in our company and third parties. ProfitWheel’s app, consumr.ai use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app, adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
If you fail to provide personal data
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to provide you with any services). In this case, we may have to cancel the service you wish to receive from us, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

Google Analytics data
Users can optionally link directly to their Google Analytics account to provide traffic and conversion data. We securely collect and store relevant data for properties and goals that you explicitly define inside the Google Analytics setup. The data we store is for the specified time-period and are aggregated values across that time period (per week, per month as defined).
How we use your personal data
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
Where we need to provide the ProfitWheel service.
Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.

How long will you use my personal data for?
